Tokeson

Tokeson is able to explore the different textures and rhythms of Cumbia to create a new sonic experience. Drawing influence from the electric guitar sounds of the 70’s Chichi music from South America, which mixed Cumbia and Rock as well as accordion driven melodies. This sound when brought together never fails to leave the dance floor full. Composed of members of cumbia punk heros “Fuga” and the Bay Area’s best Dance group “La Colectiva”, Tokeson is the next step in cumbia music and is guaranteed to never lose a dance beat.
